1. Services L&T Reno (operating name of 16901034 Canada Inc.) provides residential renovation services across York Region, Ontario. By requesting a quote or engaging our services you agree to these terms.

2. Quotes and Estimates All quotes provided are estimates based on information available at the time of assessment. Final costs may vary based on unforeseen site conditions, material price changes or scope changes requested by the client.

3. Project Changes Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented in writing and may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.

4. Payment Terms Payment schedules will be outlined in your project contract. L&T Reno requires a deposit before work begins. Final payment is due upon project completion.

5. Warranty L&T Reno provides a one year workmanship warranty on all completed projects. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear.

6. Liability L&T Reno carries full liability insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions discovered during renovation work that were not visible or disclosed prior to project commencement.

7. Privacy Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of providing renovation services and will not be shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
