Construction Details
Framing and layout New partition walls were framed to create the ensuite bathroom and closet area. The layout was carefully planned to maximize both spaces — the bathroom got enough room for a full three-piece ensuite while the bedroom retained a comfortable footprint.
Plumbing and electrical All new plumbing rough-ins were installed for the ensuite — toilet, vanity sink and shower drain. Electrical was run for pot lights, vanity lighting, exhaust fan and dedicated circuits. All work was completed by licensed trades and fully permitted through the Town of Aurora.
